Win 32 S

Win32s patch executables and drivers which allows 32-bit programs to be executed on 386, 486, and Pentiums from within the traditional 16-bit Windows (e.g. version 3.1) environment. This patch is needed to execute the Windows display versions of the MPEG Software Simulation Group's programs if you do not already have Windows 4.0 (Chicago) or Windows NT.

The setup for Win32s is fairly simple. First download the software from Microsoft, then run the exe.
