With Chris back on drums and Garner back on guitar, the PDs played a playful, rocking set that kept the audience on their feet and bopping. While they were playing Bottle Rocket, Walter Clevenger commented to me that he really digs that song, and I've gotta agree with him. They also did that audience precipitation thing on 10 Speed, and I was right up there in front howling that I've got my Silvertone, cigarettes and a ten speed, along with everyone else. Yell even played his legendary bass solo. I think this is the best I've seen them. |
